Visited Joe's Coffee and Tea today 5/8/24 with my fiance. The environment was cozy and clean. The staff member was extremely friendly and quick! I got a salted caramel latte and a brown butter toffee iced latte. The drinks were made to perfection and the bean taste is very strong and delicious! We will be returning soon! Thank you
Had the opportunity to stop in Joe's Coffee Shop for a photoshoot and wow! Ben and Alexa were both very welcoming and appreciative! Of course, the coffee smell is great like any coffee store, but there were so many flavors to choose from compared to your typical coffee place. Many of the light meals (Danish / Croissants/ Sandwiches) looked great as well! The owners and workers here care a lot, and it shows. Would definitely recommend if you're in Novi!
Best coffee in the area! Even I live in Wixom I don’t mind to drive here to get my favorite, expresso . Alex and Ben are professionals and you feel very welcome. Place is clean and quiet . So everything is just perfect.
Came in to grab make an order for me and a few friends while we were visiting Novi and my only regret is that they are not closer to my home town.
Tried the Carmel cheesecake and the baklava. Both were phenomenal. The guy who served me was incredibly pleasant and considerate. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Ben and Madison are always taking care of me. Iced vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and a shot of espresso. Perfect every single time especially with their in house made jumbo cookies. Amazing customer service!!!
Being a coffee snob I have to say this is the best coffee I’ve had in a super long time! I got my coffee on ice. Although I normally never finish my coffee, I finish this one in less than 10 minutes & wished bought another. Bonus- they are reasonably priced! every other coffee place I’ve been to doesn’t hold a candle to this one and the prices were double!!
The manager/owner (I belive he said his name was ben) was truly amazing. He created us as we walked in, and took the time to explain (in detail) what the difference was between certain coffees. Could not have asked for better service, a great coffee, in an amazingly friendly atmosphere! Will definitely be returning.
Nice place to enjoy the morning coffee. i like to seat next to the window and taste my favorite expresso. staff is professional and very friendly. Alex is always smiley and makes my day! And about Ben ? what can I say?

First time here. GREAT small coffee shop experience. Alex made me a stellar cappuccino and I would know cuz all I get every weekend are cappuccinos at various places. I also have to mention how great the breakfast sandwich was! Imagine a breakfast sandwich from McDonald's, then double its size and make it with real ingredients instead of cardboard and you get what I was sold, an oh-so-delicious sandwich!
I gave 4/5 stars for the Atmosphere because I'm not fond of the noise pollution of the humming from the refrigerated display cases. It doesn't significantly impact the experience so I still give this place 5 stars.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for Joes. I go here everyday for my mid day work coffee and croissant sandwich… everything is always made perfect! No complaints. Owner and staff are the nicest people!
I drove over an hour to try their nitro cold brew. I ended up getting a tuna sandwich and a banana nut muffin. The food here is excellent. I drink a nitro cold brew coffee from Joe’s. It was exceptional service, the atmosphere, everything about this place. I absolutely love and I will definitely stop by next time I come to town
Fantastic selection of fresh roasted coffee, great pour overs, etc. Also sandwiches and desserts. Benny does a great job of making his customers happy!!! Check it out, best “real” coffee around!
Good Hangout spot in the area. Great Coffee flavors. They also sell CBD oils which you can buy and add to your coffee/teas. Tried their Turkish coffee and would visit again.
